My experience with DR. BAO and staff was great. I suffer from lock jaw. I've had a hard time finding a good dentist to make me comfortable during my procedures. Dr BAO made sure that during my procedure I was comfortable and doing okay. He knew I have trouble with my jaw so he gave me breaks in between if needed. Dr.bao and the staff went above and beyond to help me come up with a plan to make my teeth and confidence better.
I had a very pleasant experience with Dr bao and his staff.I was very anxious because I am not a big fan of getting work done on my teeth, Dr Bao made me feel comfortable and was patient.He took the time to explain what the next step was in detail he gave me valuable advice which in my opinion is the best feature at a better smile dentistry.

Dr. Bao and his staff took excellent care of me while I had dentures done in this office. They were all so caring and answered all of my questions making me feel calm and secure! After a month I have a brand new smile! I would recommend A Better Smile Dentistry to anyone.

I am 57 years young and i have seen plenty of dentists in my day. Hands down Dr. Bao is the cream of the crop!I had 3 teeth pulled all at the same sitting, i didn't shed a tear...if just felt like a little tug and BAM!!! It was done and over with. I HIGHLY reccomend Dr. Bao for all of your dentistry. The staff are wonderful and the atmosphere is incredible.

Excellent dental office in every way. The office staff and techs were all extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Bao is great, he was very patient in explaining everything that needed to be done, listened carefully to me and was very gentle. Dr. Bao designed this office himself and it is really amazing. They have some really cool technologies like 3D/ I'm very happy to have found a dentist I'll be happy to see regularly. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants quality dental care.

He’s very thoughtful and understands that people are nervous at the dentist. I’ve had fillings, root canals, and crowns all done through his practice. Always a great experience. I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. All employees were polite and respectful. I liked the idea that they explained to me step by step of what i needed done. Dr. Bao is very gental and knowledgeable. Also good payment plans, would highly recommend.

I never like dentist because they could never get my numb at all this dentist does very good and he hleps to get you tetthfix he don't like to jusy pull teeth out like all the other do he well mavk a way to fix them even if it's a payment plan thanks Dr and all his staff
Cons: It is not in the best part of town, but there is a police station really close to it. I think they have students working there, some consider that a red flag. I would not take kids here because the whole place is serious. I do not even know if they accept children. I did not get tooth paste or a tooth brush:( Pros: The Doctor is really a class act. And although very busy I am sure, he is personable. The place is clean and modern, the nicest dentist office I have ever seen, even on tv. - Really a huge plus, you feel like you are flying first class. Everyone I met was very nice and sincere, good customer service and they want to work with you if you are nervous. They asked me at least twice about concerns for the Dr. You get worked on in privacy, some dentists have an open plan. If you do not have insurance, cleanings run low at about $50

Dr.Bao was amazing, excellent staff make you feel right at home. Had to extract a tooth extracted,Dr Bao did such a great job! I didn't feel a thing! And his staff excellent work, they explained the process and what they had to do. I need made me feel very comfortable. I recommend that you go to them if you need anything done to your teeth teeth extraction tooth cleaning anything of that nature they will take care of you. And also they will also work with you if you need. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you all once again you guys saved my life!

I absolutely love Dr.Bao ! Excellent staff and the office is just wonderful. I hadn't been to the dentist in years because I was terrified from childhood dentist visits. They made me feel so welcome. I got so comfortable I almost didn't wanna leave ! Lol I have another appointment this Friday and I'm so excited to go ! Never thought I'd feel this excited about a dentist appointment lol I highly recommend Dr.Bao, you won't regret it !
